Absolutely! All children of couples that have received an invite are accounted for and are welcome! Please only bring your own children, and RSVP them when you RSVP.
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an intimate affair, with only family and their significant others, and children. Each relative is welcome to bring a plus one of their choosing, and all children of relatives are invited!
We strongly advise planning to Uber or ride with others to our wedding and reception. Downtown Frederick is beautiful and historic, but as such, parking can be limited to street and garage parking. If you do drive, we recommend Carroll Creek Garage: 44 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701. It is on the same block as Citizens Ballroom and about two blocks south of St. John's! Alternative options recommended include Church Street Garage and Court Street Garage.
We ask that everyone attending the ceremony and reception wear semi-formal attire, suits for men and cocktail dresses or gowns for women. No color or theme restrictions. Please bear in mind that there is a good chance for holiday cold and snow, so be prepared to bundle up! Downtown Frederick is beautifully lit in the winter, and we recommend walking between venues!
This time is for the bride and groom to take newlywed photos in St. John's and Citizens Ballroom. We kindly ask that no guests arrive at Citizens Ballroom before cocktail hour begins at 4pm. In the meantime, refer to our Things to Do page for ideas to fill the wait!
