Winter Park Mountain Lodge

This is the location of both the welcome party as well as the ceremony. While this lodge is not within walking distance of the reception site, there is a free city shuttle, The Lyft, which stops at the reception site and the lodge for you to use if you like. To make a reservation, or update your current one, please call 970-726-4211 and press option 7 to reach the front desk (and not the reservation option). Mention the Scanlan/Mayer wedding at reservation to ensure your room will be with our reserved block of rooms with the discounted rate. If they tell you the block is full, just contact Sarah or Dani and we will have them increase it. However, we encourage everyone to make reservations sooner rather than later as it is a holiday weekend and the hotel believes they will be at capacity! Beaver Village Condominiums

Stay Winter Park has 1-3 bedroom condos within walking distance of the reception site for you to reserve. You may use the website to view the room options by clicking "View" below, with the Hi Country Haus units being closest to our venue, however reservations cannot be made online. Call 855-620-6013 and use wedding block code 288341 OR reference the Scanlan & Mayer wedding to receive the discounted rate. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional condos added to our block.

Flight

Denver International Airport

Winter Park, Colorado, is about a two-hour mountain drive from DIA. If you choose not to get a rental car, there are shuttles that will take you from the airport to your Winter Park hotel and back. Feel free to call or text Sarah or Dani with any questions!
