The newly renovated Museum of Modern Art is located in downtown SF, just a few blocks away from Union Square. Take in some amazing artwork and be sure to stop at local coffee roaster Sightglass on their 4th floor cafe for some caffeine to keep you going! Fun tip: Visit and walk through Richard Serra's "Sequence" maze (pictured above) located on the 1st floor - no admission needed!
Walk along the Embarcadero and experience gorgeous views of the bay! The Ferry building is home to amazing local food/drink and shops. Highly recommend checking out Cowgirl Creamery & Sidekick cafe-prepare to be transported to cheese heaven!
The Palace of Fine Arts is in the Marina District of San Francisco. A monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. Afterwards, head over to Chrissy Field for gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge or take a quick stroll in to the Marina neighborhood which has plenty of local shops, boutiques and restaurants.
Home to the De Young Museum, Conservatory of Flowers, Japanese Tea Garden and more. If you're already in the area, drive over to the Legion of Honor museum which is also nearby.
The Tonga Room offers a tropical and festive atmosphere with live entertainment (live band on a boat, anyone?), dancing, and a rain storm. Be sure to try the Mai Tai, regularly recognized as the city's best!
