Just like the classic story goes, boy meets girl at a gay bar in the Castro neighborhood of San Francisco :) We met for the first time after a mimosa filled Sunday afternoon where (separately) Danielle & George's friends both thought it a good idea to finish the afternoon hanging out at the neighborhood sports bar, The Lookout. It was there that Danielle's friend knew one of George's friends, and the rest is history. Our first date was that evening: Thai food & Kung Fu Panda 2 (in 3D of course, per George's request)

After a full day at New York Comic Con, a delicious dinner a Shake Shack and a walk through Times Square, its official: We got engaged!
