- DRINK WATER!!!! and we mean gallons of it! We strongly encourage you start hydrating the week leading up to coming out here. Especially if you're coming in from out of state. (Vail's Elevation is 8,022ft) - If possible, spending a night in Denver before heading up the Mountain so you give your body time to adjust to the altitude - If you decide to come straight up the mountain after flying in, we suggest not over excreting yourself the first day up here and just take it easy and chill - Eat Your Carbs. Carbs help the body absorb oxygen better. Plan on having some Italian when you first get here (Vendettas & La Bottega are our faves) - Wear Sunscreen. Air is thinner up here in Vail, so sun rays have less atmosphere to pass through before they hit your skin.
You can click the RSVP tab above or the QR code on your invitation :)
If you do not RSVP by JUNE 14TH you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (Unfortunately, this will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. As, there will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends!
We love your little ones!! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl!!
We'd love to see our friends and Family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Our day will be fun, so we encourage bright colors and prints but please no jeans, t-shirts or flip-flops.
The ceremony will begin at 4 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 3:30pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do", We have hired professionals to capture the moment for us, and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!!!
Check out the "Travel" Page on our site for more information on hotel blocks.
Unfortunately, at the venue there is no parking. We will have transportation leaving from certain hotels and there are free buses that runs through the valley that picks up frequently.
The average temperature for the month of July in Vail can range from mid 70s - 80s. The nights can get a little chilly. The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable so it's always smart to pack a jacket!
