When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving on Friday afternoon or earlier to settle in. On Friday, we are hosting a welcome party at The Eddy just a couple blocks from the hotel at 6:30pm. The Reno River Festival is also happening that day for those who want to explore the area. Don't forget to check out Lake Tahoe, just a short 40-minute drive from downtown, for some outdoor adventure. No pressure to attend everything, but we hope you can join us for a fun-filled weekend!

What is the weather like in Reno?

Answer

In June, the temperature is likely to be around the high 70s to 80s during the daytime and in the 60s in the evening.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, but we encourage you to add your own personal flair and style to your outfit. Ladies, please note that the venue has mostly gravel, so we recommend planning your footwear accordingly.

What is the guest list policy?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. In terms of children, unfortunately, the venue does not allow children due to safety concerns such as the pond, river, and road. We also want parents to be able to let loose and have a child-free evening. If you need help arranging a babysitter in Reno, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist.

What's the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

There are some spots right in front of the venue, as well as more along the street and in a lot across the street. But, we suggest taking an Uber so you can party without worrying about driving later. It's easy to catch an Uber in Reno, and the venue is super close to downtown.

What's the plan for after the reception?

Answer

Join us for the after-party at Pignic located in downtown Reno at 235 Flint Street. The venue is a short Uber or Bird scooter ride or a longer walk from the hotel, and we have the whole upstairs reserved starting at 10:30 pm. We'd love to have you celebrate with us all night long. There's no last call in Reno, so let's keep the good times going!
