Our Story We met during our sophomore year at CU Boulder as resident advisors in the engineering dorms. We bonded over chemical engineering classes and managing 40 college freshmen and became close friends. As we spent more and more time together and found ourselves not wanting it any other way, we finally made it official and started dating in February 2018. After we graduated college, Alexi moved to Phoenix while Dani worked in Colorado. We found out that long distance was not for us and luckily Alexi found his way back to CO before Covid-19 lockdown, which we spent in Longmont before buying our house in 2020. Shortly after, we became pet parents to our dog, Nessi, and have spent the last few years traveling, hiking, biking, running, cooking, visiting family, and living our best lives together.
