We have the option for up to 50 guests to stay at the venue during the dates of April 6th-April 9th. Anyone staying at the venue is invited to the Rehearsal dinner, the Wedding, and the Post-Wedding Brunch. If you would like to stay at the venue it will be $275 USD per person for the entire 3 night stay. The $275 USD per person will cover 3 night stay, transportation to and from the venue (more details to follow) and during your stay, we will be stocking the venue with food for breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks along with some drinks. If you would like to confirm your stay please contact Dani ASAP. **Please note that this is not a hotel, there may be some people who will be sharing suites. Please see the virtual walk-through to get an idea of the type of accommodations available. Some people may also need to share bathrooms** We will be assigning rooms/beds after we get a count of who will be attending and staying at the wedding. We will do our best to keep people who know each other together. Family and Bridal/Grooms party will have priority for staying at the venue. This hotel is only a 7 minute drive from the venue! If you wish to book a hotel for the wedding this is a 3-star hotel that is ~$102 per night They do not start showing available rooms until 6 months out from the date of your stay. So you won't be able to book this until October of 2026.
Flight
Airport you can fly into
The airport we would recommend traveling into is: Poznan airport (POZ). This airport is about 1 hour from the venue. If you plan to attend the Pre-Wedding adventure we are planning to fly into Berlin airport (BER) the weekend prior to the wedding.
Shuttle

More information to follow for shuttle information to reach the venue from the Poznan airport. The initial plan is to have a shuttle that will transport guests on April 6th to the venue from the airport and then back to the airport from the venue on April 9th.

Check your passports! Don't have a passport? Does your passport expire within 6 months of April 2027? Did you lose your passport? Apply here at the link below. Please keep in mind it may take a few MONTHS for you to receive your new passport unless you expedite the process. Please apply for this ahead of time! We will update any travel restrictions/needs for planning to travel overseas.

You WILL need a ETIAS to ensure you can continue onto Poland. Please visit the link below to apply These normally cost ~20 euros. This process normally takes a few days to process so please do this ahead of time to ensure smooth travel experience.

If you are looking to rent a car overseas please see the link below to apply for an international driver's license. If you do not want to rely on the shuttle option or you are not planning on staying at the venue, please ensure you read through your requirements to apply for an international driver's license before you go. These are usually valid for 1 year and cost ~$20 to apply. Please do this ahead of time to ensure smooth travel.
