When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible to allow us to arrange accommodations and transportation as soon as we can to help make your travel plans smoother. We ask you to RSVP by September 30th 2026 .

How do I reserve a place to stay at the venue?
Answer
Please contact Dani directly ASAP to inquire about staying at the venue. The $275 per person deposit is required to be sent to Dani to ensure your stay at the castle. Please note that this is not a hotel and some people will need to share suites and/or bathrooms.

What is included in the $275 USD per person to stay at the venue?
Answer
Please also note that this price is per person NOT per room. If you wish to stay at the venue this cost includes 3 nights at the venue, Transportation option to get from the airport to the venue. (More details available after we get a count of how many people will require this) . It includes attending the Rehearsal dinner, The wedding, The post- wedding brunch and the castle will be stocked with food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks while you stay there. Our goal is to provide guests with a budget friendly option to reduce the stress and cost of attending our destination wedding. Our goal with anyone staying at the venue to not have any stress as to finding transportation nor food while they stay with us.

What is the wedding venue?
Answer
Our wedding will be held at Pałac Osowa Sień. It is a privately rented historic estate reserved exclusively for our wedding stay, offering a relaxed, home-like experience.

Where is the nearest town or shop to the venue in case I need something while I'm there?
Answer
There is a small convenience shop, Lewiatan, around 400 m / 430 yards from the castle for basic items. The nearest town is Wschowa, around 4 km / 2.5 miles away.

If I stay at the Venue where will I be sleeping?
Answer
Rooms will be assigned by us, the bride and groom. As this is a private historic home, bedrooms vary in size, layout, and style. Are all rooms en-suite?
Answer
Not all rooms may have the same bathroom arrangement. Some rooms may be en-suite, while others may use nearby bathrooms or shared facilities. Specific room details will be shared where relevant.

Answer
Yes, bedding and towels are provided for overnight guests.

Are there toiletries and hair dryers?
Answer
Yes. Each bathroom is stocked with full-size organic toiletries, and hair dryers are provided in every guest room.

Yes. There is a basic washer and dryer available for guest use during the stay.

What should I pack?
Answer
The stay will take place across both indoor and outdoor spaces. We recommend comfortable daytime clothes, warmer layers for the evening, practical footwear, and any personal toiletries or chargers. If you would like to use the hot tub or sauna, please also bring swimwear. Please bring appropriate attire for the wedding. It is a Semi-formal dress code

Are there any house rules we should know about?
Answer
Yes. We kindly ask guests to treat the house and grounds with care. Smoking is not permitted indoors and is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets — no wet wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, or other items — as the castle uses a private wastewater system.

Are there quiet hours?
Answer
Yes. Outdoor quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00, out of respect for the nearby village. The celebration may continue indoors, provided the main doors remain closed.

If I don't stay at the venue, how do I get to the venue?
Answer
The venue is located at Osowa Sień 41, 67-400 Wschowa, Poland. The easiest way to find it is by using Google Maps and searching for Pałac Osowa Sień. For guests travelling from abroad, the most convenient airports are usually Port Lotniczy Wrocław S.A. (WRO), Poznań Airport (POZ), both around an hour from the castle by car. Lotnisko Chopina Warszawa (WAW) and Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) are also possible options, though they are several hours away by car.

If I don't stay at the venue or I miss the transportation option available for guests staying at the venue how do I get there?
Answer

What if I want to rent a car in Poland to make transportation easier for myself?
Answer
You can rent a car in Poland and there is plenty of parking options at the venue but you WILL need an international drivers license. This can be done in-person, online, or by mail. This doesn't require any testing but you must fill out an application, have a valid driver's license and 2 passport sized photos and usually this costs about $20. Please see Travel and Accommodation tab for more information and link to the website to do this.

Yes, there is ample complimentary parking on site for guests arriving by car.

Is the property accessible?
Answer
The venue is a historic home with stairs, gravel, uneven outdoor surfaces, and no standard hotel-style accessibility infrastructure. If you have mobility concerns, please let us know in advance so we can advise as best as possible.

Is the property private to our group?
Answer
Yes, the venue, including indoor spaces, and surrounding grounds are reserved for our group for the duration of our stay.
Question
I don't have an international phone plane with my carrier. How can I still use my phone overseas?
Answer
There will be wifi available at the venue if you don't wish to purchase an international phone plan. Check with your carrier what they have as options or check the "Travel and Accommodations" tab for a link to a website that you can buy an eSIM for any country you're traveling to and be able to use your phone while there.
