Please note, the hotel will secure our block of rooms until December 18th, 2025. The hotel will continue to accept reservations at the discounted rate after the cut off date; however, there is no guarantee there will be a room available. Check-in is after 3pm. Courtesy check-in is at 2pm based on availability. Also, there will be a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Departure from Hotel to Venue: 3:15pm & 3:30pm Departure from Venue to Hotel: 9:30pm & 10:45pm
