Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is at Venuti's in Addison, IL. You can find the address in the "Schedule" section of our website. The room for our ceremony can be reached if you go through the main entrance, walk past the staircases. Take the hallway on the right, and it will be in the first room on your right. There will be signs directing you as well.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Our venue has a parking lot with ample parking available, including handicap spots.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is at 4:00pm. To be safe, plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow yourself plenty of time to park and get to your seat. The doors will close at the start of the ceremony.

Can I take photographs at the ceremony?

Answer

While we appreciate that you want to capture our special moments, we request guests not take photos during our ceremony. We want everyone to live in the moment and be fully present. Our professional photographers and videographers will be there to capture everything.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will include whether you are allowed a plus one. Please refer to that. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to our guest count, we cannot allow everyone's child at our wedding. Your invitation will include whether your children are invited. Please refer to that. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Thank you for the interest in our registry! Yes, we are registered through Zola and Target. You can find it on our website under the tab "Registry". Please note, the registries are synced up on our website, but the link to our Target Registry is also available at the bottom of that tab.

How do I mark an item purchased on your registry if I buy it elsewhere?

Answer

Thank you for the gift! You can either call (408) 657-9652 or send an email to support@zola.com and advise them to mark it as purchased. In the email ensure to include, Shane and Sophie's full names, your full name(the buyer), the wedding date, items purchased, and the order confirmation number.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail/formal. We ask that you do not wear jeans or casual clothes. We want everyone to look their best. Who doesn't love an excuse to dress up?

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception is at Venuti's. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony where everyone can chat and mingle. You will be able to find the room for the reception across the hall from the ceremony room. The reception starts at 5:30pm and will end at 11:00pm.

Will there be Hotel Accommodations?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of hotel rooms at the Eaglewood Resort & Spa. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the hotel. Please see the "Travel" section of our website for more information.
