Maid of Honor
Hi, I’m Emily :) Lauren’s older sister and Maid of Honor. Lauren and I have always been incredibly close, and I’m beyond honored to be standing by her side on this special day. Her drive and determination are such an inspiration to me, and I’m constantly in awe of her strength. When I’m not cheering her on from the sidelines, you can usually find me curled up with a good book and my two cats. I’m so excited to be part of this celebration, and I want to congratulate the happy couple—here’s to a lifetime of love and happiness!

Hi, I’m Deborah! In the summer of 2018, I met Lauren at the Bolshoi Ballet Academy’s Summer Intensive, and we quickly became close friends. We were roommates during our time at the intensive and bonded over our shared Texan upbringing, rigorous ballet schedules, the excitement of NYC summer life, and even Russian language classes. Since the intensive, we’ve remained close friends, even though we now live across the country from each other. We never fail to communicate at least once a day (our TikTok streak is proof of this) and are always looking forward to the time we are finally reunited in person!

Best Man
Hi, I'm James! Over the years of Destiny raid sessions (and asking Hannah to get off the WiFi), speaker builds, Big Bend excursions, and Texas State shenanigans, I’ve witnessed Dane grow from the bushy-haired band kid I met into the man that convinced Lauren to marry him. Dane and I met through high school marching band; over 10 years ago now. That’s a lot of memories to look back fondly on, but nostalgia glasses aside, this wedding is a great reminder that in actuality, the best years of your life are just beginning. He was my first Gonzalez roommate (you never forget your first!), and will continue to be one of my closest friends. Congratulations to you and Lauren!

Hey, I’m Ayden Gonzalez, Dane’s younger brother! I cannot wait to see these two finally get married! I live with my parents in New Braunfels, Texas. I’m a bit of a jokester and love being around Dane—he is such an amazing older brother and has helped me more times than I can count. I’m very excited for July 5th! (The other person in the picture is my girlfriend.)

Hi, I’m Cutter! I’ve known Dane since he existed, because, well, I existed first. The little shit came around and wrecked the peace and devoted attention I had cultivated in my first five years. In all seriousness, I’m always honored and eager to celebrate the person who made me a big brother — especially as he finds eternal love in his marriage to Lauren. From feeling your first kicks on Momma’s belly to seeing you build a life with Lauren, I’ve always loved and been proud of you beyond words, Dane. Many good, loving years ahead. Forever and always.

Hi, I’m Gunner Vance, Dane’s cousin, and I’m honored to celebrate this special day! I live in Marion, Texas, with my loving wife, Krisine, and our little boy, Westyn. Dane and I have shared a strong bond over the years. Seeing him find someone who makes him truly happy is incredible, and I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter in his life. Wishing him and his bride a lifetime of love, joy, and adventure!

Well I’m Travis, I had the pleasure of meeting Dane as freshmen in high school marching band, where we were known as the goofs of the brass section. His eccentricity was unquestionable and our mutual interests seemed to know no bounds. With a gaggle of mutual friends, our inevitable introduction brought a brotherly bond that has led to countless core memories. From the late-night lollygags in New Braunfels extending to our decompressing desert trips and everything in between, we’ve found a familial connection as undeniable as Dane himself. With over a decade now passed, it’s been a blessing to watch Dane grow into the man he has become. The relationship that he and Lauren have built over all these years is incredibly inspiring and a testament to the strength of true love, endlessly endearing. I’ve always believed Dane to be a faithful family-man, and I could not have imagined how perfect of a pair he has found himself in with Lauren. I’m honored to be a part of their lives and their commitment to each other, and wish them nothing but the absolute best for their future together! Congratulations to you, Dane and Lauren, and cheers to the start of a lifetime of laughter and love together!!
