Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indy, which is less than a mile from our venue (0.8 miles to be exact!). This hotel is located in the heart of Indy, surrounded by wonderful restaurants, bars and activities. The room rates start at $209/night. Parking at the hotel: Daily on-site valet parking is available for $32 when staying six hours or less. The daily rate is $46 when staying over 6 hours. Parking at the mall: There is also the option of hourly/daily parking in the Circle Center Mall parking garage, which is directly across the street (Georgia Street) from the hotel. It is named the "Moon Garage," and is located at 26 West Georgia Street. Daily parking in mall parking garage is $22/day.
Hotel
We do NOT have a block of rooms here, but if you're wanting to be as close to the venue as possible and don't necessarily prefer to stay in the heart of downtown Indy, this hotel may be the option for you! This hotel is visible from our venue and located just east of the massive Lucas Oil Stadium, which itself is obviously VERY visible from our venue, as well. In fact, you could even walk to the venue from the hotel if you're up for it (approximately a 5min walk). Rooms currently start at $150/night. Parking: Daily surface or garage parking is available for $20.
Shuttle

For our guests staying at the Omni, we will have a trolley available to transport guests from the hotel to the venue starting at 3:30pm.
Flight
If you're traveling from out of town, this is the airport closest to our venue/hotel. In fact, it's merely a 20min drive from the airport to the Omni!
