Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Mandy Thomas and Danny Bishop
Founded in 1565, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied settlement of European and African-American origin in the United States. From the oldest masonry fort in the United States, Castillo de San Marcos, to the famous Lightner Museum in the historic 1888 Alcazar Hotel, Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park, there's plenty of interesting and fascinating things to see in this historic city. On the contrary, if you're not so much into history and would prefer something else such as shopping and/or eating, there's lots of fun shops and restaurants just behind The Treasury within walking distance along St. George St. If you don't want to walk around and explore, there's also a fun trolley you can ride on that takes you on a guided tour around the city. These are just a few of the many attractions to check out during your stay in St. Augustine. Please see below for more info on some of the best attractions the city offers!
