Due to the uncertainty that we live in today with COVID-19, for the safety and health of all our guests and the communities we live in, we are requiring that every guest in attendance will take a COVID-19 test on the day of the event before entering the venue and have a negative result. It's been extremely difficult determining the kindest, safest path forward and we are confident we can have a wonderful event by having everyone show proof of a negative test. Below are some additional COVID-19 precautionary measures that will be in place at the event: Temperature checks are provided by the venue upon entry. All vendors and staff will be wearing a mask at all times. The Treasury on the Plaza venue has a high end air scrubber ventilation system (the same one NASA uses in the space station) to circulate the inside air. The staff will be sanitizing all high touched surfaces every hour. Hand sanitizers will be provided by the venue and distributed throughout the common areas.
Everyone has different symptoms based on their own body and immune system. Even if you don't exhibit any symptoms, you can still be a carrier of COVID. If your COVID rapid antigen test comes back positive, but you aren't feeling any symptoms and have not been exposed, please take another rapid antigen test within 24 hours of the event and see if the second one is still positive.
Yes. The Treasury on the Plaza will be where both the ceremony and reception are held. There is no courtyard/outside area, however the ceilings are very high (50+ feet) and there is ample space to spread out.
The dress code will be semi-formal/dressy casual attire. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same building, so feel free to wear your stilettos if you wish!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. Please plan to arrive at 4:30 PM which will allow time to settle in.
The Treasury on the Plaza is our wedding venue and is located at: 24 Cathedral Pl #111, St. Augustine, FL 32084 Transportation to/from the venue will not be provided.
There is very limited parking available. We would highly advise on leaving your car (if you have one) at your stay and either walking or taking an Uber/Taxi to the venue.
Yes, kids are welcome to both the wedding and reception (please indicate on the RSVP if they will be attending). If you decide to bring them to St. Augustine but not to the celebration, we can suggest possibilities on finding a babysitter to look out for them.
We will have several dishes to choose from for dinner, including a vegetarian/vegan dish (options provided on the wedding invitation). If you have any specific dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate for you.
