SHUTTLE SERVICE

Answer

We have booked a shuttle service for our guests to make traveling to the venue easier. It will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn West Madison/Middleton promptly at 3:00 PM and will also provide two return trip options later that evening—one at 10:00 PM and another at 11:30 PM. If you plan to take the shuttle, please be ready at least 10 minutes before departure. Pick-up and drop-off will be outside the main entrance of the Hilton Garden Inn. The shuttle is available for all guests—you do not need to be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn to use it. Parking is available. Alcoholic beverages are allowed on board, so feel free to bring a drink along for the ride. Yes! Bring your little ones. Be sure to mark on your RSVP if you do plan on bringing any children.

We ask that all guests arrive by 3:45pm with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4pm.

What is the dress code?

We are excited to have you celebrate with us! The dress code is formal/semi-formal. Feel free to dress to impress, but please keep comfort in mind, especially if you plan to dance the night away!

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue and a parking attendant will be available to direct everyone.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, we’d love for you to bring a guest! Otherwise, we ask that you come solo to help us manage our guest list.

The evening will include appetizers, a buffet with a selection of items, and late-night eats featuring delicious handmade pizzas. If you are vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, please use the RSVP option to let us know, and we’ll ensure there are options to suit your needs.
