We’re getting married!

Our story began in Madison, Wisconsin, where we first crossed paths in 2018. Funny enough, both of us attended Drake University for our undergraduate studies—Rachel graduated from Drake while Dan transferred to UW-Madison to complete his education. Despite being in the same place, our paths never crossed until we connected in Madison. Dan was finishing up his supply chain degree and Rachel was busy in her research lab. We quickly discovered a shared passion for exploring the great outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and scoping out the best bagels in town. We navigated the ups and downs of long-distance and graduate school, and our bond only grew stronger through it all. Fast forward to the fall of 2023, when we got engaged - Dan planned a surprise weekend in Door County. Since then, we’ve been busy building our future—starting with a house we now call home. From unpacking boxes to planning our wedding, we’re so excited for all the adventures ahead and can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
