We would like guests to arrive before 3:30pm Aug 24th so that we may start the ceremony on time. We will have a Mini Coach that can seat 30 people taking guests from the Quality Inn and Hampton Inn hotels in Brownsburg to the wedding venue at the Barn. Pick up times are posted below. PLEASE BE ON TIME, the bus will not wait. Thank you for partying safely! Also remember that there are only 30 seats at a time, we need to try to coordinate travel groups/times so that we can accommodate everyone. Really try to be on one of the earlier busses if you can. There will be a cocktail hour inside the barn immediately following the conclusion of the ceremony. There will be a fully-stocked bar and appetizers available. We will have a "Sparkler Sendoff" of the Bride and Groom before they change to become more comfortable for the dance floor. This will be an outdoor photo shoot at 9pm. The Barn is going to turn up the lights at 11p. The party will continue at the Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch!

PICK UP TIMES(30 people per trip) TO GO TO THE WEDDING Hampton - 41 Maplehurst - 1:15p-1:25p(10 min window) > drive to the Barn Venue Great for those of you who would like to come early to do any final setup or if you want to take photos of the barn. Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch - 1:50p-2pm(10 min passenger loading window) > drive to the Barn Venue This is a trip built in for the wedding party to go back and grab something they may have left and for anyone that may want to park their car at the cabin to then pick it up after the after party. Quality - 2:30p-2:40p AND 3:20-3:30(10 min passenger loading window) > drive to the Barn Venue DROPOFFS AFTER THE WEDDING Quality - 31 Maplehurst - 9:05-9:15pm AND 9:45p-9:55p(Two trips)(10 min passenger loading window) > drive to the Hotel Hampton - 41 Maplehurst - 10:15p-10:25p(10 min passenger loading window) > drive to the Hotel Cabin at Natural Valley Ranch - 11:15p AND 11:45p(10 min passenger loading window) > drive to the Cabin
