As of Feb. 10, 2022 the current NYS guidelines are that masks are not required at indoor event centers, and it’s up to individual business to enact their own policies. The Wintergarden does not have a mask mandate in place currently. So masks will not be required. Any guest who feels more comfortable wearing a mask is certain welcome to. We will be continually updating this section as we get the most up-to-date information. Until then, stay healthy, safe, and we can't wait to see you all in a few months!
No, all hotels will be on a first come first serve booking basis. The Hilton does provide a 12% discount if you book there. Please look under the Accommodations tab for more info!
We decided not to have a shower, so we could make our wedding day more special. In lieu of a wedding shower/wedding day gift, please see our Registry page. Instead of asking for dishes, sheets, cooking instruments, etc. we're asking you help us travel to our next adventure: buying our first home! We will have a card "box" at the wedding.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Our ceremony and reception will be adults only.
If your invitation is addressed to you and a Guest then absolutely we would love to see you both. If your invite just has your name on it then please plan accordingly.
The best place to park will be in the free public garage right across from The Wintergarden. The Hilton Garden Inn Hotel is 0.2 miles from the venue if you'd prefer to walk as well. Street parking may be available but please read the signs carefully for times so you won't be ticketed.
Drink of course! There will be open bar for the cocktail hour as well as lots of appetizers to munch on as well, just don't fill up too much before dinner! There is also a small art gallery on the 2nd floor inside The Wintergarden that will be open for you to look around if that's something you're interested in.
