Question

Tubing time!

Answer

If you're in town early and think floating down the Provo river sounds like fun, join us!! We've reserved a bus through High Country Adventure to provide tubes and transport. Class I and sometimes class II rapids can be found on the river. Single Tube (ages 12+) and Double Tubes (8+ with adult) are available. Typical float time is 90-120 minutes. The bus is scheduled to depart at 10am; please arrive at 9:30am to check in and get ready. What to wear: - Swimsuit - River sandals/shoes that strap to your feet (flip-flops highly discouraged) - Consider a long-sleeve shirt - Sunglasses - Sunscreen, of course :)

Question

Is there parking for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking directly at the Hailstone Event Center. Look for the Special Event sign on the left as you approach the event center, or let the attendant at the gate know that you are here for Danielle and Daniel's rehearsal dinner.

Question

Chairlift and Alpine Slide Details

Answer

Both the chairlift and alpine slide are suitable for children who can walk. Let us know if you or anyone in your party cannot ride the lift up or take the slide down (for medical or personal reasons) so that we can arrange alternative van transportation. Alpine Slide Website: https://www.parkcitymountain.com/explore-the-resort/activities/summer-activities/alpine-slide.aspx - Participants 48" and taller must ride individually. - Guests who are between 35"-47" in height must ride as a Passenger and be accompanied by a Driver at least 16 years old and 48" or taller. - Not recommended for pregnant women. - All guests must be able to approach the chairlift load point under their own power.

Question

Ceremony Details

Answer

The ceremony site is at Alpine Meadows, which is outdoors on the mountain. Keep in mind that there are no restrooms besides a porta-potty at the site.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive early to account for parking and checking in for transportation. There will be a station at the base of PayDay Chairlift (back deck of Legacy Lodge) to sign waivers, receive tickets and pick up water bottles before we start riding the chairlift up to the ceremony site at 3:30pm. The meeting spot is located in a fun mountain base area -- consider checking out the shops and mountain views beforehand!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The general dress code is garden party formal, but wear what is comfortable! The ceremony site is outdoors -- wear sunscreen and comfortable shoes for walking the short dirt path. Consider bringing a light jacket or sweater for the cooler night weather.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Yes, there are multiple free parking lots located at the Park City Mountain base.
