Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be included in your travel packages if arranged through out hotel room block & travel agent listed on the "Travel" page of this website.

Welcome Catamaran Info

Answer

We will be organizing a Welcome Catamaran event to get the group together for a day before the wedding! This will be an optional event, with guests responsible for their own costs. Please RSVP to this event through the RSVP page. Prices will depend on final numbers, however we expect it to be approx. $125 per person. More info on this event can also be found on the Schedule Tab of our website!

We have not created a registry. We understand destination weddings are costly to attend, so your presence at the celebration of our wedding is gift enough!

Booking accomodations

Answer

We have created a hotel block for our group to book at an all-inclusive in Cancun. You can find more details on this on the Travel page of our website. We have worked with a travel agent to get competitive rates at a nice hotel, however it is not mandatory that you stay at this hotel. I just ask that you let the bride or groom know if you plan to stay off site so that we can coordinate with our travel agent.

Can I book at the hotel after the deadline?

Answer

We have a hotel room block booked with our travel agent. The room block is held until June 3, 2022. If you wish to book outside of this timeframe, you can still go through our Travel Agent, however rates will be at the current market rate rather than the originally held quote. To book here, it requires a $200 deposit per person to book paid by Jun 3, 2022, with final payments due November 18, 2022. For more info on travel, please see our Travel page.

Can I use my phone to take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We respectfully ask that for the actual ceremony, that your phones stay in your pockets and you get to be present in the moment while our hired professional photographers do what they do best! However, we encourage you snap away and get some great shots during the reception!
