Lodging Recommendations

If you’d like to be as close to the venue as possible, we recommend looking at the Courtyard Marriott on Woodlawn or the La Quinta on Tryon. (Please note - While both of these hotels are pretty standard on the inside, they are both close to a major intersection that is popular for panhandling, and can attract similar activity around their parking lots. We encourage you to look elsewhere if this will make you nervous.) If you are looking for a nicer area of town, we recommend exploring the hotels in South Park. If you want to be where the action is in Charlotte, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express on S Tryon in South End. We also recommend taking a look at Airbnbs/VRBOs in Dilworth, West Charlotte, Madison Park, Sedgefield, and Montclair.
