What is the day and time of the wedding?

Answer

December 1 from 1:45-10 PM. Please arrive on time as the train is the only way to get to the ceremony site. Late comers will have to wait to celebrate with us at the reception.

What is the address and parking situation?

Answer

There is shuttle service to and from Roaring Camp. Shuttle will be leaving from the Hilton (6001 La Madrona Dr, Santa Cruz, CA 95060). There is parking on site for a fee (5401 Graham Hill Rd, Felton, CA 95018). If you are going to celebrate with us by drinking adult beverages, please take the shuttle.

What if it is raining?

If it is raining the ceremony and reception will all be held in the Brett Harte Hall.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semiformal attire please. Please bring layers because the ceremony is outside. Don't forget your dancing shoes because we'll be getting down to a band and DJ all night long.

What are you serving?

Answer

There will be hot coco as guests are waiting for the train, a popcorn bar after the ceremony, and a late night french fries bar. BBQ dinner will be served for the main course. Ice tea, lemonade, beer, and wine will be provided.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Would would have loved to invite everyone but we just couldn’t. If your child’s name was on the invitation, they’ll have to sit this one out. Babies can come but let Dana know so space is provided.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The reception area has ramps and is accessible. The ceremony is not. If you have a mobility issue, please sit on the last two train cars. You can watch the ceremony from there.

What if I drive to the venue but can’t drive home?

Answer

If you celebrated a little too much you can leave your car, take the shuttle to the Hilton, and pick up your car in the morning.
