Shuttle Service to the Love Train

We are providing shuttle service to and from the wedding. Please park and take the shuttle from the Hilton Scott’s Valley (additional parking in the business lot across the street) . Please plan on being there early so the vans can accommodate all guests. There is parking on site for a fee however the venue prefers that all guests take shuttles when possible.

Join us as we hop on board the "love train" and cho cho to a perfect spot surrounded by redwoods. Please bundle up as our ceremony will be outside.
Warm up Celebrating the Parkhursts

Peal off those layers as we celebrate the newlyweds with BBQ, drinks, and dancing all night inside the Brett Harte Hall.
Shuttle back to the Hilton
8:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttles will start return service from 8:00-11:00 PM.
After the show is the after party....

Post-Wedding
After the party its the hotel lobby . . . If you feel like keeping the party going, meet us at the hotel bar for a no-host after-party. Stonehouse Bar & Grill is where da party at. Let the bartender know you're there for the extended bar hours.
