You can rent kayaks and paddle boards on Lake Union by the hour - you'll be able to paddle right by the wedding venue! Agua Verde Cafe is right next door and serves great margaritas and Mexican food, too.
Walk onto the ferry right from downtown and be on Bainbridge in 15 minutes. Tons of shopping and restaurants and a feel for the PNW island lifestyle.
Historic and charming and lined with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, it's a fun way to spend the day. A huge Farmer's Market on Sunday mornings as well!
A walking/biking/running path circles the lake totaling ~2.5 miles around. A lovely place to go for a nice long walk with a friend and a coffee. Prepare to see tons of dogs. You can also rent kayaks and paddle poards to take out on Green Lake.
