We love all of your children, but the wedding itself will be adults only. Children are however welcome at the welcome event! Seattle in the Summer is truly special, so if you are traveling from out of town and are thinking of extending your trip and bringing your kids to experience some PNW summer beauty, we would be delighted to help arrange babysitting for the night of the wedding.
It does not! The MV Skansonia is a permanently docked 100 year old wooden ferry. You can get off any time you want. And it doesn't even really rock, especially in the summer when the weather is calm. You might notice a chandelier swaying slightly which will remind you that we are indeed... on a boat.
Parking is unfortunately not great. There is street parking, if you're willing to walk a bit, but we recommend ride shares that can take you right to the venue. This will also help with finding the venue because it can sometimes be a bit hard to find. We plan to have some signage, but the boat is pretty tucked away from the street. Google Maps knows where it is though!
The caterer is not a kosher caterer, however the menu will be pescatarian with no shellfish and with plenty of vegetarian options. If you would prefer a certified kosher dinner at the wedding, no problem at all! Please reach out to Liza!
