To reserve your all-inclusive room, please select the VIEW button and proceed to book a room by October 31st. Before booking your room, we highly recommend reading all the hotel booking steps below and additional details in the FAQ section of this website. IMPORTANT: Be sure to ONLY select a room listed as "Damon-Jerald Wedding". DATES: A 2-night minimum stay is required for all wedding guests (Friday, January 16 – Sunday, January 18). If you’d like to extend your stay beyond these dates, please follow INSTRUCTIONS below. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Rates default to single occupancy, so be sure to adjust the number of occupants before booking. Updated rates will appear once you click "Book a Room." ROOM TYPE: We’ve arranged a special wedding block rate exclusively for our guests. The room block includes Ocean Front accommodations, with options such as: 2 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed or 1 King – Adults (Adult Only Section). The special group rates per night, per adult are: • Ocean Front Room Single $476, Double $280, and Triple/Quadruple:$233. Children's rates per night, per child are: • Ages 5-12 years old: $99.00. • Ages 13-17: $119. • Ages 18+: pay as adults. If you'd like to upgrade your room, please refer to the detailed INSTRUCTIONS provided below. PAYMENT & BOOKING: Select Quick Book to complete the requested details and obtain a confirmation number. Reservations are non-refundable and must be made by OCTOBER 31st. INSTRUCTIONS: If you are interested in a higher category room, or in extending your stay before or after the official dates, please email weddings.vallartariviera@hilton.com with your confirmation code after making your reservation. The Hilton reservations team will get back to you to confirm availability and update your reservation. You will then receive an updated reservation with the new total (see FAQ for rates). IMPORTANT: You will NOT be required to pay for any reservation changes until you arrive at the hotel during your check-in.

Travel Note

Airport Ride to or From HotelAirport Ride to or From Hotel

Transportation between the airport and hotel will be the responsibility of each guest; we recommend planning your travel at your convenience. The hotel is roughly a 15-minute drive (about 8 miles / 13 kilometers) from the airport. You may choose to reserve transportation to and from the hotel in advance, or simply use Uber, which is readily available upon arrival. When booking your flights, please use the airport code PVR for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. As you exit the airport, please be aware that vendors may approach you offering timeshares and various events. These offers are entirely optional, and you can politely decline. To avoid any hassle, we recommend proceeding directly to the airport exit and heading outside where your transportation option awaits.
