We met the good old fashioned way- on an app. After a first date of meeting over drinks and talking for hours, our second date was the big test- a hike. Holly was slightly fearful Brandon could be a serial killer who was taking her up a mountain to kill her and Brandon was slightly fearful that Holly would stop halfway through the hike and ask to turn back without making it to the top. Luckily for us both, neither was true and we had an amazing second date with some of the best views. Two years later, Brandon took Holly on the same hike and asked if she wanted to follow him up mountains for the rest of her life. She said yes as long as he goes first so that he could look out for bears, snakes, or mountain lions. He agreed.
