Hotel & Shuttle Service

A number of hotel rooms have been blocked off at the Best Western Hotel in Belleville (387 N Front Street, Belleville, ON, K8P 3C8, 613-969-1112). When contacting the hotel to book your room please let them know you are booking under the "Wadforth/Power Wedding" block to ensure you get the discounted rate, and be sure to specify if you will be booking for one or two nights. A shuttle from Martin's Bus Service will be picking guests up from the hotel at 3:30pm and dropping them off at the venue at approximately 4:00pm. There will also be a shuttle leaving the venue and returning to the hotel for drop off at 11:30pm and 1:15am. If you are interested in a hotel room and using the shuttle service the night of the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we have a head count for the bus driver. Camping

There is a large space towards the back of the property where you can set up a tent or trailer and spend the night after the wedding. Tent/trailer set up can be done the week leading up to the wedding, please coordinate with Megan or Damien to set up a time. Otherwise, set up needs to be completed by 12pm on the day of the wedding. Absolutely NO campfires are allowed. A porta potty and garbage cans will be set up within the camping area. Please be respectful and do not leave any garbage or belongings behind when you leave on Sunday.
