Question

Can my kids come?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be booze?

Answer

Abso-fricken-lutely. There will be a cash bar with an assortment of beer, wine, spirits and coolers. Bartenders will be serving from 4:00pm to 1:00am. Cash, debit and credit will be accepted, however, due to the remoteness of the venue and lack of wifi, we encourage you to bring cash. Please note there is NOT an ATM machine on site. We kindly ask that you please refrain from bringing your own alcohol to the wedding, and highly encourage you to access the bar services provided for your drinks. We understand with a venue like The Vos that there is temptation to BYOB, however, the AGCO will have no problem shutting down the entire wedding if one prohibited drink is found. We appreciate your understanding with this. :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. The bar will be open prior to the ceremony so you can grab a drink while you wait.

Shuttle Service & Hotel

Answer

Please see the Accommodations & Travel tab for more information. A block of rooms has been secured at the Best Western Hotel in Belleville. A shuttle from Martin's Bus Service will be transporting guests to the venue from the hotel before the ceremony, and back to the hotel at the end of the night.

Camping

Answer

There is a large space towards the back of the property where you can set up a tent or trailer and spend the night after the wedding. Tent/trailer set up can be done the week leading up to the wedding, please coordinate with Megan or Damien to set up a time. Otherwise, set up needs to be completed by 12pm on the day of the wedding. Absolutely NO campfires are allowed. A porta potty and garbage cans will be set up close to the camping area. Please be respectful and do not leave any garbage or belongings behind when you leave on Sunday.
