From Vancouver, sadly there are no direct flights at this time of year. However, there are direct flights from Seattle and many hotels offer park and fly for essentially the cost of a night's stay. This is a good option for some and a bit cheaper than the current options out of Vancouver. Fromt Melbourne, there is no direct flight although you can fly through Syndey or Brisbane direct. Otherwise flying through Honolulu with Jetstar may be the best option.
