Join us for a weekend in Toscana! Castello di Ristonchi is the exclusive host for our wedding weekend. Ristonchi is a medieval castle that was commissioned by Italy’s famous Medici family in 900 AD and continues to overlook the gorgeous Tuscan landscape. Its rich history shows throughout the property with signs of monks, wars, and stonemasons. Surrounding the castle and chapel are olive groves, hemp fields and wild fruit trees all in the middle of an ancient chestnut forest. Today, Ristonchi operates as an eco-farm and event host, so you can expect some wonderful farm-to-table cuisine! We've tried to make things as easy as possible for you by working with Ristonchi to provide all accommodations during the duration of the weekend. As a gesture of our gratitude and love, all wedding expenses have been generously taken care of so your lodging, activities, meals and drinks for the long weekend will be covered. In addition to the traditional wedding evening, there will be events throughout the weekend -- including a welcome pizza party, a hike through the ancient grounds, a pasta making class, wine tasting, and more! To make travel a bit easier, we will be providing guests with transportation from Florence to the Castle on the afternoon of Friday, May 31st and again on Monday, June 3rd.
