Booking a Room We’ve created a custom booking link for guests to reserve rooms directly at a discounted rate. Please note that this block is limited to a maximum of 10 rooms based on hotel availability, and rooms are not guaranteed. The cutoff date for booking reservations in this group is Saturday, February 15, 2025. Unfortunately, any reservations made after this date may not qualify for the discounted rate. If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to Nicole or Damian. Parking at the Hotel Event valet parking is available at a rate of $20 per vehicle, per day. Please be aware that parking is limited, so if possible, consider using Uber or another rideshare service. Alternative Accommodations We have a total of 10 rooms available (both king and queen sizes). If the hotel is fully booked, we recommend exploring nearby hotels or Airbnb options. Hotel Indigo (683 Peachtree) is a great alternative located about a mile down the road. Please remember that room availability is based on the hotel’s capacity and is not guaranteed. You can book your room until February 15, 2025, using the provided link; reservations cannot be made by calling the front desk. For cancellations, please ensure you do so 48 hours prior to your arrival date by 3:00 PM to avoid charges. No-Show Policy If you expect to arrive later than 8 PM on your scheduled arrival day, please inform the bride or groom. The room will be released, and you will still incur charges, so please avoid being a no-show.
