Hotel
Hyatt House in West Loop is the preferred hotel for our wedding, given its close proximity to City Winery (4 minute walk). We have secured a room block and as of Friday 6/4, the block is almost full. We have a few remaining Double Queen Den rooms on Friday 7/9 only at $170 a night (plus tax and fees) and Studio King Suites available on Thursday 7/8 and Friday 7/9 at $200 a night (plus tax and fees). The deadline to book at these rates is June 11th, 2021. You can use the Group Code: G-DALB when booking online by clicking the link below. Or you can call the phone number listed and reference the Dalton/Butler Wedding Room Block. NOTE: Parking at Hyatt House is limited. If you cannot park at Hyatt House, there are other parking lots and garages in the area that could likely be cheaper. We also advise looking at the parking app Spot Hero as that is great way to find cheap(er) parking.

Hotel
If looking for a more trendy stay in West Loop, the Ace Hotel in Fulton Market is an option. Note that it is a 10 minute walk from the Ace Hotel to City Winery.
Flight
If flying in to Chicago, you can land at Midway or O'Hare. If flying into Midway, you can taxi or uber downtown, or you can take the Orange Line to the Loop. If flying into O'Hare you can taxi or uber downtown, or you can take the Blue Line to the Loop.
Train
For guests coming from Michigan, Amtrak can be a good option and is usually cheaper than flying. Amtrak's Wolverine service starts in Pontiac connecting through Detroit, Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo on to Chicago. Amtrak's Blue Water starts in Port Huron connecting through Flint, East Lansing, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo on to Chicago. Both train services end at Union Station in Chicago which is a quick Uber ride or brisk walk to West Loop, where we will be recommending people stay.
Travel Note
If driving, please note that parking at hotels will most likely be $40-$60 a day, though you could find cheaper parking via SpotHero or another parking app. You can take I-94 all the way from the Metro Detroit area or NW Indiana to downtown Chicago. However, taking the Chicago Skyway (toll road) will shave off 20-40 minutes of your trip depending on the time of day and traffic.
