Has your ceremony venue been finalized?

Answer

Yes, it has! We're so excited to be getting married at our home church, South Bend City Church, which is located at 635 S. Lafayette Blvd, South Bend.

How should we get to the ceremony venue?

Answer

While it's technically close enough to walk to the church from the hotels and reception venue, we recommend driving as it's not the easiest/safest trek. Please note: Google/Apple Maps can be unreliable for this location, so be sure to enter on South Lafayette Blvd and continue back through the gate. There will be a white, standalone sign labeled 'South Bend City Church' to direct you.

Where can we park for cocktail hour & ceremony?

Answer

You can park in the lot just south of the library and then enter through the courtyard gate for cocktail hour. If needed, free street parking is also available on South Michigan, along with free parking in the garage located at the corner of E Wayne St. and MLK Jr. Blvd (address: 121 E Wayne St.). For those parking at these locations, you can enter through the doors on the northeast corner of the library.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail wedding attire, please. (Our apologies - we previously listed formal, but actually meant cocktail.)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids, but we're at the stage of life where all of our friends have little ones so unfortunately we're unable to accommodate everyone. So this is a good chance to book a sitter and make it a date night!
