Yousof and Dalhia met in September 2018 at an LSU tailgate. Yousof was holding one of his friend’s puppies (thanks Giuseppe) and naturally, Dalhia was drawn to the puppies. She went over for the pups but stayed for Yousof. The first thing she whispered to her best friend Kailey after speaking with him was “I’m in love! I’m going to marry him.” Manifestation at its finest. Yousof proposed in September 2021, in Gulf Shores, Alabama; a place they’d often getaway to in their years together. With “Meery me?” excitedly misspelled into the sand, it was the easiest “Yes!” Dalhia has given in her life.
