Hannah and Nick’s journey began in the stunning San Juan Mountains during the summer of 2016. Both were pursuing seasonal work during their college off-season when a chance encounter sparked an instant connection. As they climbed, hiked, and shared adventures, their bond deepened, creating unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. When the summer came to an end, reality set in. They returned to school but chose to nurture their blossoming love through a long-distance relationship. After Hannah graduated from Colorado State University, she made a life-changing decision to move to Salt Lake City and build a future with Nick. Their adventures together have taken them across the West—from remote winter camping on the Henry’s Fork, where they cherished quality fishing over quantity, to exploring the Black Hills of South Dakota and wandering the West Coast from San Diego to Seattle. Each experience has woven their lives closer, crafting a beautiful tapestry of shared dreams and laughter. On February 25th, overlooking the skyline of Salt Lake City and near an ancient shoreline, Nick asked Hannah the ultimate question.
