Park Loop Road (Scenic Drive)
27 mile road around the east side of Mount Desert Island. We recommend pulling over at Thunder Hole, Otter Cove and Jordan Pond along the way. Sargeant Drive & Manchester Road (Scenic Drive)
Jess' favorite! On your way to Northeast Harbor, veer right on Sargeant Drive from Sound Drive and continue on to Manchester Road. Enjoy the stunning drive along the east end of Sommes Sound
Great Notch & Long Pond Trail via Perpendicular Trail (Hiking)
This is Jess' favorite hike! A challenging hike to begin with a steep ascent up the Perpendicular Trail, connect over the Great Notch enjoy sweeping views of Long Pond followed by the serene return journey by the water along the Long Pond Trail.
Jordan Pond Path & The Bubble (Hiking)
A variety of hikes for all ages and skill levels! Walk the perimeter of Jordan Pond for the easiest of the bunch. Or head up to the The Bubbles via Bubbles Divide Trail for something more moderate. For those looking for more of a challenge, scramble up Bubbles Trail. The stunning view can be accessed by Bubbles Divide Trail or Bubbles Trail (so no need to scramble). Stop at Jordan Pond House for tea and popovers on your way out!

An easy 2 mile coastline stroll. An absolute must on any visit to Acadia National Park

Long Pond (Kayaking)
Michael’s favorite! Enjoy the serenity of the lake and mountains surrounding you, whilst house watching. If you can make it halfway across the pond, there is a perfect rock to pull up your kayak and go for a swim!
Maine State Sea Kayak (Kayaking Tour)
If you are looking for wildlife, this is a must! Keep a look out for seals, porpoises and bald eagles as you kayak along the coast of Mount Desert Island
Sand Beach (Swimming)
Swim in the Atlantic Ocean waves! This is a white sand beach, a nice cool off after completing The Beehive Loop or the Ocean Path Trail
