We have a block of rooms booked for our out of town guests at the Hampton Inn Meadville.
Dates include October 18, 2024 and October 19, 2024.
Check-in in 4pm and check-out is 11am.
If you are arriving the same day as the wedding and are taking the provided transportation to the ceremony, please request an early check in when booking your room.
Guests can book 2 different ways;
Directly from the hotels website (Hampton Inn Meadville). Once on the website, select which dates you would like to book at the top, then go to "special rates" section on the reservation page. Enter TGW in the group code section, close the box and click check rooms and rates tab to show available rooms.
Guests can also call the hotel at 814-807-1446 giving them the dates and either the last name Tabar or Gross to book.
Guests have until September 28, 2024 to book for the discounted rate.
