What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to find a seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we are only inviting kids of our immediate family. When you RSVP, your kids will appear under your name if they have been invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be transportation from the Hampton Inn Meadville, where we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests, to the venue before the ceremony. There will also be transportation back to the same hotel at the end of the night. The Harper Event Venue does have a large parking lot for those guests who want to drive themselves.
