Question

What is the dress code for this wedding?

Answer

We are flexible with a nice casual wear up to semi formal. We want you to be comfortable, but pictures will be taken and we want you to look nice as well.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2024 to ensure we have an accurate headcount for the venues and caterers. If you do not RSVP in time, we will not guarantee a spot to sit at in the wedding/reception and food for you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You may bring a plus one ONLY if your name in the RSVP says you have one. Otherwise, it will need to be run by the bride and groom and approved to ensure there are extra seats and food available for them.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Under the registry tab on this site, shows items from our registry. We are currently registered at Amazon, Target, and Ikea. You can also find the registries on each of their websites under the name Allison Fosmark and/or Dakota Shadoan.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than 30 min. prior to the wedding. Any earlier, there will be nobody ready to greet you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, of course! However, we do ask that all kids remain under the supervision of the parents at all times for safety and behavioral reasons.

Answer

Please check under the Travel tab to see any recommendations we have around the area of the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Any food allergy requests can be made on the RSVP page for the reception. We will try our best to accommodate but can't guarantee we can meet all needs. If you are concerned an allergy need will not be met, please feel free to eat beforehand or bring your own snacks.

What dances should we be expecting?

Answer

The scheduled dances will be as follows: - First dance of the Bride and Groom - Mother/Son Dance -Father/Daughter Dance -Family Dance -Money Dance {Two songs where you pay any cash amount to dance with the bride or groom until someone bumps you off with another cash dance} -Open Dance floor with a mix of fast and slow songs Dances that will not happen: -Chicken Dance -Electric Slide -Cupid shuffle -YMCA -Cha-Cha Slide
