Yampa Valley Regional Airport (Hayden)

The Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN), or Hayden airport, is about 35 minutes from Steamboat Springs. During the summer months, all airlines connect through Denver (DEN). The connecting DEN-HDN flight is less than an hour.

We strongly recommend booking a shuttle or driver ahead of time for your airport pick up and drop off. Ubers and Lyfts are not reliable to/from the Yampa Valley airport. Please see information for private drivers below - feel free to contact them as you need! They will provide quotes based on your flight schedule. The Denver airport (DEN) is about a 3.5 hour drive from Steamboat Springs. You can rent a car at DEN, or there are several private shuttle options from the airport to Steamboat.
