We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. The venue will be prepared to accommodate either option in case of inclement weather.
Yes, parking will be available on-site at the Crystal Ballroom. Additional details will be provided closer to the wedding date if needed.
For out-of-town guests, the closest major airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO). The Crystal Ballroom Orlando location is typically about 25–35 minutes from MCO, depending on traffic.
We will not be providing hotel room blocks. Guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. There are several hotel options available throughout the Orlando area to fit a variety of budgets.
Guests will have the option to choose between chicken or pork when RSVPing. If you have dietary restrictions, please note them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. We would like our guests to be presenon our wedding day! We will also have a photo booth available for guests to enjoy and capture special memories from the evening.
