Our Story Djynno and Daisy first met back in middle school through mutual friends, but like many great stories, theirs took time to find its moment. Life led them down different paths for a while. In 2017, Djynno moved away from Florida with his family, while Daisy focused on school and began her journey into nursing. For a season, life simply moved on for both of them as they each grew into who they were becoming. Years later, their paths crossed again after Djynno returned to Florida through his military service. What began as a simple catch-up turned into breakfast at a Denny’s in Sanford — and unexpectedly, the beginning of their relationship. What followed were long drives, packed weekends, and countless shared moments that slowly grew into something steady, intentional, and deeply meaningful for both of them. Looking back, they can see God’s timing and hand in bringing their paths together when it mattered most. In February 2025, Djynno asked Daisy to marry him during one of their favorite shared activities — horseback riding — with a photographer quietly capturing the moment. The proposal was thoughtful, natural, and perfectly them, reflecting Daisy’s love for intimate, genuine moments and the care Djynno put into making it special. What they admire most about each other is the way they encourage one another to grow — in faith, in purpose, and in life. Daisy’s ambition, strong values, and devotion to family bring grounding and strength to their relationship, while Djynno’s intentionality, commitment, and willingness to grow alongside her continue to shape the foundation they are building together. As they look ahead, they’re excited to build a life centered on God — filled with shared adventures, meaningful travel, a future home, a growing family, and a strong village around them. They are grateful to celebrate this next chapter with the friends and family who have walked alongside them in faith and in love.
