The Berkshires is one of our favorite places in world! Here are some of the best spots in town.
The Mount, Edith Wharton's Home

The Mount, Edith Wharton's Home

2 Plunkett Street, Lenox, MA 01240

Visit Edith Wharton's beautiful writer's retreat in Lenox. The surroundings inspired her classic novel, Ethan Frome. They give very informative tours and there is also a beautiful sculpture garden on the property.

Tanglewood

Tanglewood

Lenox, MA 01240

Our wedding will happen during the 2025 Season at Tanglewood, the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Catch a performance if you can! You can get inexpensive lawn seats and bring a picnic to the beautiful Tanglewood grounds.

Great Barrington

Great Barrington

Great Barrington, MA

Be sure to take a walk through downtown Great Barrington while you're visiting. It is a wonderful town with great small businesses, including some of our favorites like Marjoram + Roux and Rubiner's Cheesemongers. They have a great farmer's market on Saturdays that features the region's incredible products.

The Prairie Whale

The Prairie Whale

178 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA 01230

The Prairie Whale is one of our favorite restaurants in the area.

Cantina 229

Cantina 229

Cantina 229 is another favorite spot, right down the street from our venue.

The Southfield Store

The Southfield Store

A delicious spot for a quick breakfast or lunch while you're in town.

The Red Lion Inn

The Red Lion Inn

30 Main Street, Stockbridge, MA 01262

Founded in 1773, the Red Lion Inn is one of the oldest inns and taverns in the country. Go for a drink and take a walk through beautiful Main Street in Stockbridge, as depicted in Norman Rockwell's "Home for Christmas."

Monument Mountain

Monument Mountain

Stockbridge, MA 01230

A popular and relatively easy hiking option close by. Nathaniel Hawthrone and Herman Melville took a famous hike here that allegedly inspired "Moby Dick."

Norman Rockwell Museum

Norman Rockwell Museum

9 Glendale Road, Stockbridge, MA 01262

This museum has an amazing collection of Norman Rockwell paintings and prints. Rockwell lived in Stockbridge for many years and the Berkshires greatly inspired his work.
