Cocktail Attire
Our ceremony will be held outside if the weather allows. There is a short, uphill walk to the ceremony site. For travel, if you are staying at the Red Lion the transportation bus will depart at 3:45pm sharp on the South Street side of the Hotel (not Main Street). If you are staying at the Little Lion please be prepared for bus pickup at 4pm. If you are staying elsewhere, please pre-plan ubers or other travel, as these options can be unreliable in the Berkshires.
Cocktail Hour & Reception
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
For those staying at the Red Lion or Little Lion, transportation will be available for return to your hotel at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and 11:15pm.

Sunday Farewell Options!

For those spending Sunday in the area, here are two totally optional ways to say goodbye on your way out of town! Morning – Depending on weather, we’re planning either a picnic brunch and lake dip at Lake Mansfield in Great Barrington or a casual meet-up in downtown Great Barrington at 11:00am. We’ll confirm details on Saturday, weather dependent. Afternoon – We’ll be attending the Famous Berkshires Tanglewood Boston Symphony Orchestra at Tanglewood in Lenox, MA at 2:30pm, and would love for anyone to join.
