What is the dress code?

We’re excited to celebrate our Christmas themed wedding with you! To embrace the festive spirit please wear formal attire—Coat/tie, suits, and dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 4:40 PM to ensure everyone is seated and ready for our ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

We appreciate your understanding, but unfortunately, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

You should RSVP no later than October 15, 2025, to make the necessary arrangements for our special day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For hotel recommendations, we have secured a block at the Overton Hotel & Conference center which is conveniently located near our venue. Guests can use our link (found in the travel tab) when booking or call the hotel directly at 806.776.7000 mention Gonzalez Ureta Wedding. Additionally, the Cotton Court Hotel is another excellent option for a comfortable stay.
