Hotel Riu Playacar

We are staying at the 5-star Riu Playacar Resort for two weeks between 18th April to 2nd May 2024. We booked an All Inclusive package with TUI: https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/caribbean/mexico/mexico-caribbean-coast/playacar/hotels/riu-playacar.html If you do decide to join us at the Riu Playacar Resort for the duration of your holiday, there are All Inclusive holiday options available on the TUI website, typically flying from Gatwick airport. Alternatively, flight and hotel can be booked separately to suit your travel needs. If you decide to book an All Inclusive holiday with TUI, you will have transfers to and from the resort included. If you decide to book a flight and hotel separately, you will need to book a private taxi to get you to the resort.

Gatwick to Cancun
We are flying from Gatwick North to Cancun on 18/04/2024. Our flight is TUI, flight number TOM92 and we will be arriving at Gatwick North at approximately 7.30am, in time for departure at 10.45am. Don't forget to book Airport Parking if you are driving! Our flight arrives at 15.25pm, Cancun time.

Private Taxi Transfer
Upon our arrival to Cancun on 18/04/2024, we have decided to use a Private Taxi to transfer us to Riu Playacar rather than using the TUI transfer which was included in our All Inclusive booking. This is because after a long day of travelling, we wanted to avoid all the stop off's at other people's hotel. This has been booked for anyone travelling on the same flight as us on 18/04/2024, TUI TOM92 and will cost no more than £10 - £15 per person. For anyone not on our flight who would also like to use a Private Taxi to transfer you to the Riu Playacar, we would recommend either using USA Transfers or Kalido. https://www.usa-transfers.com/ https://kalidotravel.com/

We are flying from Cancun to Gatwick North on 02/05/2024. Our flight is TUI, flight number TOM93, departing Cancun at 16:00pm and we will more than likely use the TUI transfer included on our All Inclusive package. Our flight arrives at 07:15am, on 03/05/2024.
