Will kids be attending?

We kindly ask that you treat this as an adults-only celebration unless your kids are specifically named on your invitation and RSVP form. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep things simple!

Will the ceremony and reception be held in the same space?

Answer

Yes. We are holding a same-space wedding in the Grand Ballroom at Central WI Convention & Expo Center, allowing for less travel and more time to enjoy our day.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be indoors, so no need to worry about the weather. Just come ready to celebrate!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Central WI Convention & Expo Center's Grand Ballroom no later than 3:15 pm. Thank you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, feel free to take photos! We just ask that you be mindful of the photographer and avoid blocking the view of other guests.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The celebration will wrap up at 11:45 pm, so dance and enjoy the night while it lasts!

Will there be assigned seating for dinner?

Answer

No! Feel free to sit wherever you would like. We will have place cards with your name on them for you to take to your table for dinner.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask guests to wear Semi-Formal or Cocktail attire.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Parking is completely free, and the lot is spacious, so finding a spot should be easy.

What kind of food will be served?

We will be serving a delicious buffet-style meal, so you can choose your favorites and enjoy at your own pace.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please notify us of your dietary restrictions when you RSVP and we will be happy to make accommodations for you.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

During cocktail hour, drinks are on us, so sip, relax, and enjoy! As the night unfolds through dinner and dancing, we will continue serving a selection of specialty drinks and beer. If you have a taste for something different, the bar will be open for additional purchases.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites of Rothschild, which is connected to the Central WI Convention & Expo Center (our venue). Check-in starts at 3:00 pm, following our ceremony. Check-out is at 11:00 am. There are also several other hotels in the area, including Best Western Plus of Rothschild, Cedar Creek Hotel & Conference Center of Rothschild, Bantr of Rothschild, Comfort Inn & Suites of Weston, Motel 6 of Rothschild, and Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Weston.

When should I book my hotel by?

If you are booking under the room block at the Holiday Inn & Suites, the cut-off date to do so is September 17, 2025.
