What is the date and time of the wedding?

We are celebrating our wedding in Barney, ND on May 30th, 2026! If you are invited to formal family photos before the reception, that will begin at 4:30 pm. If you are joining us for the reception only, that will begin at 6:00 pm. Dancing will begin at 8:00 pm!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire: Knee-length or midi dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates; suits or blazers with dress pants. Please choose footwear you can walk in on grass!

When should I arrive?

Answer

Anytime after 6:00 pm, unless you are invited to formal family photos beforehand!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our reception is taking place at Christian's Grandparent's residence, so there will be parking on their driveway and land.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone! To keep things cozy (and our dance floor manageable!), we can only accommodate those named on the invitation. If you have a plus one, you’ll see it there.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors. Rain or shine, we’ll be partying under tenting! Come ready to eat, dance, and celebrate with us.

Will there be transportation provided?

No. All guests will be responsible for transportation to and from the reception.

Answer

Yes, we will have plenty of food and non-alcoholic beverages to go around!

If you are traveling from out of town, the nearest large city is Fargo, ND. Fargo is about a 45-minute drive from the reception in Barney, ND. Under the "travel" section of our wedding website, we have recommended several hotels for you to book if you need a place to stay!
